Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Hope this review gets to the ones that care about the business and not only to the ones get paid to read and take no action. Today I visited the store looking for a vase. They usually are really good at customer care but today I waited over an hour just to get a price on that vase. The cashiers were kind and tried to help, but the manager and the floor manager (who was in charge of entering the price into the system) had a rude attitude (I approached her and it was such a nasty feeling the interaction) and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issue. In addition it took another 15 minutes just to pick up the vase at customer pickup. Person helping was great but they couldn’t locate the product. Ridiculous. Customer care at its finest lowest point. Overall, disappointing experience.

Absolutely beautiful orchid arrangement! The quality and design are truly luxury. Highly recommend Bouquets By Nory’s in Miami 🤍✨

The store has a wide selection of floral supplies, decorative items, and packaging materials — you can find almost everything in one place. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. Cashiers work very slowly and often seem distracted, sometimes talking on their phones without paying attention to customers waiting in line. In addition, pricing was inconsistent: an item labeled at $0.25 rang up as $5.00 at checkout. I had to return to the line and wait again to resolve the issue. Overall, the variety and inventory are good, but the customer service and checkout process create a negative experience.

This store we visit every Christmas season. They have fair prices and a lot of items to choose from. You can tell they have been growing and improving year after year. This is a must stop for your Christmas decor.
